• Registration is free of charge and you are solely responsible for Your Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information when providing details to the Company. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

• Your Information may not contain any computer viruses, macro viruses, Trojan horses, worms, corrupted files or anything else designed to interfere with, interrupt or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer. Your Information may not cause the Website to be interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient or such that the effectiveness or functionality of the Website is in any way impaired.

• All trades & services are independent businesses and not engaged by nor representatives of Trade Contacts UK. Trade Contacts UK does not guarantee you will be contacted by any trades. You will only be contacted by trades or service providers that are available and interested in your job.

• Trade Contact UK does not get involved in the contractual agreements made between the general public and the trades people that respond to the job leads - you deal directly with them. It is your responsibility to check the credentials and qualifications of any person that responds to your job lead before engaging them for work or signing any contracts. Trade Contacts UK will not be held liable for problems or faults arising from an introduction made to any trade or service. Please inform us if you have had any pour workmanship from a Trade Contacts UK lead so we can remove them from this service.

• You hereby acknowledge that the Company, at its absolute discretion, shall be entitled to edit, modify or remove any part or parts of Your Information which it considers is in breach of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

• Each job lead is sent to a group of service providers that closest match the job details based on job, locality, size and description. Therefore it is important that you provide correct and accurate details when registering.

• Should we not have enough trades in a particular locality or for a particular job description we will send the job lead to the closest matching members. If you receive a job lead, that you feel does not match your criteria, simply delete the message.

• If a member responds to a job lead and makes an appointment it is compulsory that they either show up for any meeting, or at least call to reschedule. Any member that does not do so may be removed from the service with no refunds. If a member offers to provide a quotation and fails to do so without notification to the client they may be removed from the service with no refunds. If as a result of a job lead from Trades Contacts UK you have supplied pour workmanship to the client then you may be removed from the service with no refunds.

• All workmanship is the member's own responsibility and Trade Contacts UK will not be held liable or become involved in any Litigation arising from any member responding to any job lead.

• You agree to indemnify us and hold us, our subsidiaries, related companies, officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from all liability (including, but not limited to, liability as a result of or in connection with infringement of a third party's intellectual property right or moral right, and negligence) and any claim or demand (including any claim or demand made by any third party or any claim or demand based on negligence) as a result of or otherwise in connection with these terms, or use of our services.

• It is the right of Trade Contacts UK to contact non-paying trade’s people and offer them any job lead if Trade Contacts UK does not have enough paying members within any particular category and area. It must be noted that the paid members receive the SMS job lead first.

• All charges payable by you to us for the Services shall be published on our web site and shall be due and payable annually upon Registration.

• Cancellation of this service is required in writing and must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the commencement of any new subscription period.

• Trade Contacts UK provides this service as is and without any warranty or condition, express or implied that the service provided by us, will be timely or error free.
